A wonderful late Victorian desk-top pen / nib wipe cast in brass in the form of a charming Boxer dog sporting two glass eyes.

The back is filled with natural hog bristle used to remove excess ink from a traditional dip pen.

English in origin and dating to the late Victorian era, dating to c.1890.

Excellent condition measuring 3" x 1 1/4" x 2 3/4" tall.
