This is a very elegant genuine 1950s Crocodile Handbag in excellent condition. It has a flap with a slot held in place by a sprung double gilt clip and surround, and has a single handle with gilt fittings. The flap is lined in leather, but the entire interior is in dark chocolate suede. There are two compartments, each of which has a side pocket, one of which has a central slim pocket to take a small pen or lipstick. Between the two compartments is a zipped section. There is no maker or retailers label.

Height of the actual bag: 8" - 20.3cm

Height to top of handle: 14"

Depth at base: 2 1/2" - 6.35cm

Materials: Crocodile and leather

Condition: Excellent, almost mint condition. Slight darkening of the handle from use and a few small dark marks on the gilt surround to the clips on the front
