Superb Edwardian button back armchair /Library chair with solid oak frame in excellent condition. The back, seat and arm rests are upholstered in luxurious red velvet fabric, elegantly edged with red braid trim. The padded armrests are supported by beautifully carved supports, adding to the chair''s charm. The chair is raised on turned, carved front legs and splayed back legs, all terminating on castors for easy mobility. The frame displays a rich colour and a desirable aged patina, while the upholstery remains clean with no rips, marks, or missing buttons. With its generous-sized frame, comfortable seat height, and broad back, this stylish chair offers a comfortable seating position. It will undoubtedly look amazing in the right location.
