A handsome and substantial antique Edwardian mahogany open armchair or desk chair in Arts and Crafts style design dating from circa 1910. With carved back splat, standing on channelled square legs united by an H-cross stretcher. The drop-in seat has been newly reupholstered in a soft tan leather. Comfortable and sturdy, would make a wonderful desk chair. With furnishers label to inside: "Morgan & Co. The Hayes. Cardiff".

Mahogany

Condition Report:
An old (solid) mend to the arm (see photo). Other Wear and marks commensurate with age. Solid and sturdy. Newly reupholstered in leather. Chip to bottom of front leg.
