An elegant antique Edwardian chair in mahogany dating from circa 1910. A good quality chair with carved oval shaped back splat, dipped seat rail and tapered legs. In figured mahogany, the drop-in seat has been newly reupholstered. Solid and sturdy, would make a superb dressing table chair or desk chair. Stamped underneath with the initials “JHH”

Good condition. Newly reupholstered. Solid and sturdy. Marks and wear commensurate with age. An old split (solid) to the bottom of the back splat (see photo).
