Edwardian Leather Portrait Miniature Frame
A leather travelling frame for a portrait miniature.
This could be for a framed miniature or at this time a photograph.
The leather is in good antique used condition. There are no major losses please see photographs of the reverse to see wear. The stand on the back is missing its small pull to pull out the stand. The stand still comes out and reveals on the cream silk Brook & Sons, Goldsmiths to the King, 87 George Street, Edinburgh.
The inside is lined in cream silk and velvet and although it shows signs of discolouration there is no damage to either.

H 14.2 cm
D 1.5 cm (front of case is domed)
Aperture inside 7 cm x 9.2 cm
