A superb antique French silver ring with citrine stone. C1809-19

The large facet cut oval stone is gorgeous, displaying translucent golden yellow and orange tones. The stone is surrounded with beautiful twists of silver and ball decoration to the shoulders.
The ring has French hallmarks on the outside of the band which include 800 silver, makers stamp and the cockerel symbol.

A very appealing ring with lots of character and suitable for everyday wear.
