A charming early 19th Century portrait of a lady painted in a naive style.

Oil on canvas set within a gilt frame.

The lady wears a blue dress with a lace trimmed neck and draped with a crimson shawl. Underneath her bonnet chestnut hair in tight curls is adorned with flowers.

Presented in very good, untouched condition. Evidence of age however the item displays well without any major damage or restorations.
