A good Chinese red lacquer armchair from the early 20th. century. The arms formed by well carved dragons with their tails trailing into the chrysanthemum carved back. The seat with typical Oriental shallow carving and serpentine shaped front, the whole standing on heavily carved legs with scroll feet and the out back with conforming carved chrysanthemums.
