This is an attractive easy to wear ring with diamonds set in platinum with 18 carat yellow gold back and band. The centre stone is surrounded by 10 smaller diamonds plus many more diamonds in the filigree setting totalling approximately 0.75 points of a carat. The setting measures 19.40 mm across x 12.13.mm . The ring size is O 1/2 but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace.
