This pretty ring is all original. The centre old cut diamond is approximately 0.40 points of a carat surrounded by 8 rose cut diamonds plus 2 rose cut diamonds on the shoulders totalling approximately 0.90 points of a carat set in platinum with an 18 carat yellow gold band. The setting measures 12 mm wide by 20 mm (includes the diamond shoulders) The ring size is S but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace.
