An unusual arts and crafts oak desk chair made by Hummerstone Bros, Leeds, c1880s. Made of solid oak with well shaped seat, unusual wave uprights to three sides, X-shaped and turned support, turned stretchers. Makers label to the underside. This is a superb quality, striking looking chair and is very comfortable to sit in. In excellent condition with great colour and patina.
