Designer Silver Plate Tea Service 'Pride' By David Mellor.
Designed in 1958, it won the design centre awards given by the council of industrial design.
The silver-plate is in excellent condition with virtually no wear, judging by the interior has seen little to no use. The handles are original and made of nylon. Pattern Number 53722, Elkington.
Dimensions:
Water Jug/Coffee Pot - 17cm H to top, 14cm H to lid base. 19cm W at widest point.
Teapot - 13.5cm H to top, 10cm H to lid base. 23cm W at widest point.
Milk Jug - 6.5cm H, 13cm W at widest point.
Sugar Bowl - 6.5cm H, 10cm W at widest point.
