A great rustic 19th-century oak chair with peg design in 17th century Cromwellian Style. The chair is of robust design with double stretchers at the front, back and sides. The chair has lovely carved decoration to the top of the backrest (with a remarkable resemblance to Oliver Cromwell). The chair shows great patina with distressed blue leather seat and back, finished with brass studs.
