Circa 1920s. An unusual American Scotch whisky advertising mirror. Framed in a metal bezel which has been gilded, with the inscription “Authorised purveyor by appointment Catto’s Gold Label Scotch Whisky 86% proof”. At the bottom of the writing there is further small print “86% proof Scottish whisky, James Catto & Co. New York NY”.
