A stunning vintage champagne bucket in silver plate, a hefty quality piece by the famous French Orfevrerie Christofle of Paris.

This design is called Ormesson with it's simple lines and footed base and two fabulous shell handles a lovely post Art Deco design dating to c.1950.

Signed "Christofle France" on the underside together with the chess mark and "Coll Gallia".

Just back from our silversmith's workshop where it has been professionally cleaned and polished leaving it in excellent condition and ready to use.

9 1/2" handle to handle x 7 1/2" x 9" tall.
