Child's English / Welsh 18th century oak and elm comb back stick chair. This superb little chair is in excellent condition displaying much of its original green paint.
Unusually it has 5 legs, the fifth being an addition probably at the time of or soon after manufacture, this gives additional stability and has been documented on several child's and adult's chairs of the 18th century.
