Here we have a fantastic Victorian Elm and Leather desk or library chair c1860. As you can see the chair has great colour and patina. There is a yoke buttoned back finished in beautiful Chestnut leather. The arms extend and have well turned supports. There is a wonderful one piece deep and thick saddle Elm seat. The seat has beautiful grain and colour due to the maker selecting a piece from the heart wood. The legs are also well turned and joined by a crinoline stretcher. The legs terminate in original brass casters. A quite stunning and very comfortable chair in excellent retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 33 inches high 25 wide and 24 deep.
