The events depicted in the painting take place possibly somewhere in the Middle East or North Africa. Painting takes us to the times of great explorations and sea voyages. In those days, the knowledge of something new and unknown was the cause of numerous discoveries and adventure. In the foreground we see the harsh conquistadors, who presumably play the role of guarding the trade caravan here, the figures depicted on the canvas are fussing and busy loading things onto camels. The buildings and towers of the coastal city are visible in the distance. Atmospheric mood is added by a beautiful sunset over the sea bay and mountains. Old beautiful panoramic historical oil painting from the Baroque period, definitely painted by a professional artist, unsigned, unframe.
Size app.: 49 x 93 cm (roughly 19.3 x 36.6 in). Very Good. losses, retouches, wear, restoration of tiny un tears. Please study good resolution images for overall cosmetic condition. In person actual painting may appear darker or brighter than in our pictures, strictly depending on sufficient light in your environment. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We require a complete street address for delivery.

Packing is carried out only after payment is received. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you from Stockholm, Sweden to nearly any place globally. Therefore, we take 1 to 4 days to make individual packaging for each item. Please keep this in mind when we process your order. The vast majority of shipments are made by the Swedish postal service PostNord and EMS (Express Mail Service, analogue USPS Express). We ship oversized and special items FedEx and UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the post office website.

We sell items to Buyers using most convenient and common terms of sale. Items are being shipped upon full payment reception. Packing and shipment of items is carried out within 1-5 days from the date of receipt of payment (the timing depends on the size and complexity of manufacturing individual packaging for safe transit). We ask for your understanding and patience in this matter.
