This is a fabulous cabachon sapphire, approximately 8 1/2 carats with 2 tapered baguette diamonds approximately 0.08 carats each and 12 brilliant cut diamonds approximately 0.20 carats each = 2.56 carats total.The diamonds are fabulous quality. The cabachon is set in 18 carat yellow gold but you only see the 4 claws all the remainder of the ring is platinum. French The setting measures 18.25 mm x 17.00mm The ring size is L but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace. Weight 7.9 grams.
