Blue Lapis & Enamel On Silver Flower Brooch
A superb vintage blue lapis with enamel flower brooch made in silver.
The oval brooch displays a large oval cabochon blue lapis which is surrounded by the most beautiful enamelled flower and leaf decoration. The colours within the enamel are shades of turquoise and cobolt blue which match the lapis very well and is a nice compliment with the silver gilt. The reverse of the brooch displays a coiled filigree design with an open center.
The brooch is offered in excellent condition with enamel colours still displaying a rich vibrancy. The pin slots neatly into a roll over type clasp and the piece is marked SILVER on a small square lozenge.
Dimensions: 3.6cm x 2.6cm
Weight: 12.5 grams
