Beautiful French "Legras" Art Glass Vase. c.1910.


A beautiful French hand enamelled cameo 'pate de verre' glass with raised Art Deco design Signed in enamel "Legras" Measures 4" high by 6" wide It is in excellent condition.
The balluster shaped vase features a flower and branch pattern over this wonderful coloured glass.
Legras was founded in 1864 by Auguste Legras at St. Denis, France. It is best known for cameo glass and enamel-decorated glass with Art Nouveau designs. Legras merged with Pantin in 1920 and became the Verreries et Cristalleries de St. Denis et de Pantin Reunies. Until 1931, the company produced original Art Deco designs.
