This is a beautiful Edwardian diamond set carved cameo pendant made in 9ct yellow gold tested. The pendant has detailed ivy leaves around the mount and each leaf holds a diamond. There are twelve old cut diamonds. The carving is crisp and clear and shows great quality with nicely sculptured hair and face. A wonderful item.
