This is a very decorative French overmantel mirror dating from around 1880. The mirror has gesso frame with decorative floral relief to it and is rubbed back to beautiful ochre shade. It is has its original mirror plate and back boards and is in excellent condition.
The mirror measures 100 cms high and 85 cms wide, an ideal size for most mantel shelves or an alcove wall.
