A beautiful small 19th century ebonised and gilded bedroom chair, having an open back flanked by fluted supports and adjoined by a bolster head rest, with a sprung seat and raised on fluted and gilded front legs and retaining the original porcelain castors.  Upholstered in a high quality embroided velvet and finished with a rope twist trim.  English, Circa 1880.
