A lovely walnut tallboy. We date this tallboy to the 1940s.

The tallboy sits on four small carved Queen Anne legs.

The tallboy consists of a cupboard with a removable shelf, the shelf has a front lip. The cupboard has two side hinged doors, the right hand side door is fitted with a lock and the left hand side has a top and bottom catch (key is supplied).

There are two drawers over the cupboard fitted with decorative drop handles mounted on backplates.

The front of the cabinet has a rounded edge to the sides.

The tallboy has a height of 41" (104cm), a width of 31" (79cm) and a depth of 19.5" (50cm).

This lovely walnut tallboy remains in very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is a bit of wear to some of the edges from past use.

This remains a very stylish and elegant tallboy which will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
