ANTIQUE ARTS AND CRAFTS ROCKING CHAIR c1890-1910.

This is a late Victorian Arts & Crafts Rocking chair, this style follows closely the style of the Liberty fireside chair of the same period. Having a low seat and having a higher back with back splats that extend below the seat it is very similar to the Liberty examples. It is upholstered in William Morris fabric to set off this lovely chair.
