Art Deco toucan bookends H Moreau French Art Deco
An amusing pair of vintage French Art Deco bookends by Hyppolyte Moreau(1832 - 1927). The stylised pair of spelter toucans hold orange Bakelite balls in their beaks and are mounded on marble bases in red and grey. They measure 14cm long and stand 13.5cm high and both are in very good original condition. Both signed on the base of the wing.
