Wonderfully stylish and completely original rare 1930's Art Deco female advertising shop counter mannequin. She's made from hollowed plaster and has a hardboard base. Having been very skillfully and beautifully painted, her very subtle make up, blushed cheeks, her eyeliner accentuates her hand painted eyes, she's perfect for display. Hairstyle of the day with crimped curls. Very typical of Deco mannequins with stylised long pedestal column base, in pastel green. She stands 50cm tall so an excellent size for dressing antique tables and general display and certainly worthy of being added to any collection. Condition, very good with just a couple of paint loss areas. No cracks, crazing is to the minimum, no discolouration. Some historical overpainting to the hair, nose and base and a repair to the nose. She definitely won't disappoint .
