Art Deco Gents 10k Gold F Watch, serviced, c1937
17-jewel high-grade hand-wound Longines Swiss movement with serial number dating the watch to 1937. Just SERVICED, CLEANED AND OILED in November 2023, it’s running well and keeping time. Size 26mm wide, excluding crown x 38mm total length.
This watch is powered by a high-grade Swiss-made LONGINES 23M hand-wound mechanical movement with solid gold castings for many of its 17 jewels. It’s running strongly and keeping good time. Movement is a Longines 17 jewel 8L with serial number 5679650 dating it to 1937.
Size: 23mm wide, excl. crown x 37mm lug to lug and it takes a 16mm strap to fit a wrist size of between 160mm and 190mm.
Wrist fitting: The watch should fit a wrist size of between 160mm and 190mm.
The glass crystal is unmarked and the 2-tone silver dial appears to be original and in nice condition (a few tiny marks seen in the magnified photos, but to the naked eye it looks very good)
All of our watches are sent out in complimentary presentation boxes, ideal for gifting and to store for personal collections. Case has been ultrasonically cleaned and fitted with NOS crystal. Brand new 14mm XL leather strap fitted.
