This lovely ring has an emerald of approximately 1.10 carats.This is surrounded by 8 diamonds approximately 0.10 carats each and 22 more diamonds approximately 0.04 carats each = 1.68 total. all set in platinum with an 18 carat yellow gold band. The setting measures 18.99 mm x 17.45 mm. The ring size is O but we have a superb jewller who can resize without a trace. Weight 5.66 grams
