Super quality French Art Deco ink blotter and pad in Macassar ebony wood with cream Bakelite tusks. Originating from France and dating to the 1930's this set just oozes quality and you feel it immediately when you handle both items. The wood is silky smooth and beautifully restored to a satin finish. The condition is excellent and has for its ninety plus years been lovingly looked after, even still retains its original note pad paper! There are literally no faults to mention even the most fastidious would be hard pushed to find any negative. Signed by the artist Dan Karner.
