Here we have for sale an extremely stylish 1940's hallmarked silver engine turned square compact of good gauge silver with rose gold clasp, with a hidden hinge.

The compact is in fine condition with a very good original mirror and sill has its period powder & powder cover.

In excellent condition for age, with only light surface scratches and tarnish marks and some ever so slightly deeper scratches under the powder.
