This is a marvellous Antique Antonio Vallone (1858-1925) Oil on Canvas Painting of an Urchin / Boy Smiling, painted c1920. He was a Neapolitan painter close to Morelli's school, who specialised in genre portraits, above all of smiling young men and women, street urchins or peasant women typical of his homeland.

The painting is showing some wear commensurate with age, which includes some surface wear, common for an Oil Painting that is approximately 100 years old. Please note, there are some light reflections on the item in the photos from the background lighting used.

The frame is in good condition but does exhibit a little age-related wear with some light surface marks, which measures approximately 49.5cm wide and 39.5cm high.

All of our prices include postage and packaging to mainland UK, unless stated and we aim to dispatch the next working day following receipt of payment.

Small and medium sized parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail using a tracked and signed for service. Larger parcels will be shipped via a Parcel Force tracked service. The tracking details will be provided to you once your parcel has been dispatched.
