A superb antique Victorian leather and mahogany desk chair. This was made in England, it dates from the 1860-1880 period.

It is of fantastic quality, it is extremely well made and very comfortable. The mahogany frame has nicely turned front legs and spindles on the seat, with lovely carving on the front of the arms. The leather is absolutely beautiful, it may or may not be original but it definitely has quite a bit of age to it.

We have had the frame re-polished , the leather has been revived and hand coloured by our leather restorer. The condition is superb for its age, with a gorgeous overall patina.
