A wonderful antique Victorian burr walnut vanity mirror. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880 period.

This is really well made, it is a useful and versatile item. Designed to go on top of a dressing chest or in a toilet, this can be used in a variety of settings around the home. The burr walnut grain patterns are wonderful, this has cross banded edges and sits on a beautifully shaped base. It has a gorgeous overall design and a nice little drawer that comes out of the base.

We have had this recently re-polished, it is in lovely condition for its age. There is just some minor wear and small marks here and there remaining beneath the polish. The mirror seems original and has some minor spotting here and there to the silvered backing, commensurate for age.
