Antique Victorian Armchair / Desk Chair
A beautiful and elegant antique Victorian Arts & Crafts armchair / desk chair in solid mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1880-90’s period.
It has a beautiful design, with an amazing solid turned mahogany frame and drop in rush seat. The backs slats have an interesting, wavy pattern, the armrests terminate in solid mahogany spheres. This has a stretchered base for added stability and is in good structural condition.
We have recently had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
