Antique Upholstered Armchair by Gillows, Lancaster.
A lovely quality made 19th century armchair, as one would expect being made by the well known makers Gillow of Lancaster.
This antique open armchair is newly upholstered in a top quality, natural linen fabric.
The solid walnut showood is in the period, ebonised finish and is in really good condition.
The legs are finished in the original, good quality brass castors.
In excellent clean condition throughout.
This Gillows antique armchair is very comfortable to sit in and is nice and deep.
English and dating from around 1885, this antique upholstered armchair is now in our Clitheroe antiques showroom.
