Stylish Oxford scroll back Windsor chair with superb original colour made from Elm & Beech.
The chair is stamped WP & we believe this would be for Walter Puddifer who worked between 1892 & 1930. He was trained in Stokenchurch on the Oxfordshire /Buckinghamshire border by his father. He then moved to Oxford & is the last recorded chair maker in the city.
