A beautiful antique still life oil painting, in a gorgeous gilt wood frame. We are not sure of the date, the frame looks quite art nouveau so it could date from 1890-1900. However the painting itself could be much older, it does look extremely old!

It is a little distressed but it has a beautiful look and patina, with wonderful colours. This has been repaired a few times as seen on the back, and there is one very small more recent perforation that has not been repaired.

The gilt wood frame is also really quite stunning, and in lovely condition with normal age related wear.
