A very good quality mid 19th century rosewood games table. The top with a sliding lift out centre, a very well made games board to the other side, with a storage compartment beneath, a leather backgammon board to the base, as well as two demi lune side compartments open when the sliding compartment is removed.
The table stands on a solid rosewood stem above a well shape platform base, original castors, all in very good condition, the rosewood top is a lovely faded colour, made around 1850 and all ready for use.
PLEASE NOTE: The chess set is for display only and not sold with the games table.
