An antique period Regency carver chair in solid mahogany from circa 1820. It has deep reeding to the top rail, back bar and arms. The arms have bobbin turned supports and carving to the top of the legs which are also turned. It has been newly reupholstered in a jacquard fabric with a design of flowers and sprays in turquoise and cream. A solid and substantial chair that has been restored and would make a beautiful desk chair, hall chair or dining chair.

Solid and sturdy. Newly reupholstered. Wear and marks commensurate with age. It appears to have been stripped and French polished fairly recently.
