Fantastic Original Large Rustic Pizza Board

This is an original authentic Pizza Board, approximately 50 years old.

These wooden boards were used to roll the dough before baking pizza type bread in brick ovens. The pizza or bread was placed back on the board once it was taken out of the oven for cooling, typically on large pizza racks before it would be served.

Highly collectable and usable item

Approximate size 0.69 circular, with handle 0.70
This is an original item and as such it has some distressing which you expect from an item which is well over 50 years old

Originates from Southern Germany

This is a Large Pizza board which are rare.
