Antique Locket Brooch With Enamel & Pearls 15Ct
A very interesting and unusual Antique gold mourning locket brooch set with enamel and pearl decoration.
The item features four superb pearls set in a blue enamel cross. There is some fascinating detail of applied gold scrolls and balls with rope detail on the sides which adds to the quality of the piece. The reverse side reveals a picture compartment which pulls out with ease and slots back in neatly.
The item has been tested for 15ct quality and is offered in good antique condition with a few of the gold ball edging seems to missing and there are a couple of perforations in the larger gold balls. Never the less this doesn't detract too much from the quality of the piece.
Length is 5cm
Weight is 9g
