This is an antique Kaufmann's 'Le Posographe'. A French, mechanical calculator for photographic exposures, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1920.
Wonderful antique accessory for the collector of photographic interest (camera not included)
Displays a desirable aged patina and in superb order
Cast metal frame with six articulated levers beneath intricately annotated covers
Sliding mechanism allows photographers to judge an approximate exposure value based upon present conditions
