This is a pretty woollen Kashgai carpet dating from the early 20th Century. The hand woven rug has a typical Kashgai design with three linked hooked medallions set within a strawberry field. It has motif spandrels and ivory borders, flanked by guard stripes.

The carpet measures 162cms by 108cms.


This is in very good order and brings warmth and colour to any room.
