A large example, measuring 9 1/2" in length with a glass diameter measuring 4".

The antler horn handle is finished with a solid or sterling silver terminal, both sides embossed, hallmarked for Sheffield 1892 together with the makers initials for the well renowned silversmith, Walker and Hall.

The nickel framed glass is of course new, unmarked but probably by Hilkinson, making it very usable piece, without damage, clear and with a good magnification.

A superb, grand and impressive desk accessory in excellent condition.
