This is a very pretty and unusual Indian Mirror in solid elm which dates from around 1860. The mirror is beautifully carved and turned, painted and embellished, all of the work being done by hand. The decoration to the back of the mirror is every bit as good as that to the front. The mirror is in excellent ready to hang condition and it measures 44 cms by 22 cms.
