Antique Framed Print of a Field Baum Plant

Title - Melissa Nepela Field Baum
Details - Antique print, probably late nineteenth century in date. The ink inscription on the backing card underneath the print attributes the image to English botanist William Curtis (1746-1799). Professionally conserved and framed. The print has been pasted onto a backing card. Mounted, glazed and framed in a more modern gilt frame.
Condition - Overall in very good condition. There is some slight discolouration to the paper and some signs of creasing. The frame has some scuffing, knocking and wear as might be expected.
The approx. measurements are as follows:
Image Size - 29cm by 20.5cm
Frame - 54cm by 43.5cm, 2cm deep. Further images are available. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. Viewing is welcome, but please contact us before travelling as we are only open by appointment.
