This antique elm Windsor armchair is in lovely original condition with plenty of character. It has the two layers of spindles, a central splat with the carved out wheel on the top section. It’s also structurally sound & sturdy, helped by the cross stretchers between the turned legs. I think it’s 19th century, but maybe 18th. To be honest, I’m no expert in this kind of country antique furniture & rarely handle it.
